Gentlemen,
Further to my announcement last week I'm happy to announce further details for our End of Season Dinner being held on Saturday 28th April.
Venue:
This year we will be holding our dinner at the New Inn, South Ealing. (62 Saint Mary's Road, Ealing, W5 5EX). I have managed to secure the whole conservatory, so we should have a good amount of space to ourselves, and if the weather is good we will have full use of their garden which the conservatory looks out on to. Please get there from 6pm (starters will be served at 7pm).
Cost:
Tickets are £25 for students, £30 for non-students. Please pay for your tickets as soon as possible to the club's account(Old Priorian Rugby Football Club), referencing your name on the usual details below:
EMAIL oldpriorianrfc@googlemail.com for the Sort and ACC code.
Dress Code:
As per usual, shoes, jeans/trousers, shirt and compulsory club tie. Ties will be available to purchase on the night.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
1) Confirm your attendence and food options!! (e-mail/Facebook me to tell me you're coming, how/when you're paying and detail your food options to adam_hanke@hotmail.com / 07916151193)
2) Pay for your ticket!!! (and confirm with me that you have done so, so that we can cross you off the list)
3) Chase your mates!!!
We have limited numbers for this event and need to get the food options to the pub at least 1.5 weeks beforehand so please make sure you complete step 1 and 2 in the next few days. Last year people mobilised themselves too late and we were in a mad rush to get food orders to the pub on time, not to mentioned the £1,000 I had to carry from Jono's to Acton in a little pink envelope as people had not paid on time. The success of our large events relies on everyone being organised, if you wait till a week before the dinner you may be disspointed if there's no room left at the Inn (see what I did there).
Look forward to hearing from you all soon!
Adam
